Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Build and optimize Restful APIs to support frontend applications and external systems
Implement and maintain microservices architecture to enhance scalability and flexibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, to deliver end-to-end solutions
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets project requirements
Perform code reviews and offer constructive feedback to maintain code quality
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring timely issue resolution
Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and APIs
Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and innovations
Work in an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, and delivering high-quality features on time

Minimum 2 years of work experience as a backend software engineer
Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
Strong understanding of Restful API design and development
Experience in microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker)
Knowledge of database systems and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)
Familiarity with message queues and event-driven architecture (e.g., WebSocket, Kafka)
Version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and experience with CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (preferred)
